Happy New Year!
This past weekend I made 12 links of homemade sausages.
These sausages were made without the skins. They are called skinless sausages.
Fat, juicy, meaty sausages perfect to eat for breakfast or on cold days.
Goes well with mashed potatoes and thick gravy. Or, if you are in a hurry, good in a sandwich.
