From the last week of this month, we will be having a dinner party for some Junior High classes. Students will have the chance to try various foods such as Oxford Sausages, British cured bacon, Yorkshire puddings and bakes beans, washed down with soda juice. And of course free conversation.
British cuisine has been around since the dawn of time. Famous dishes include full English breakfasts, Sunday roasts, sandwiches, stews and many more. Leading up to and during the Industrial revolution (1800's), whole families worked long hours and thus at the end of the day, would eat a stew from a big pot that had been cooking for hours.
